Interested in being a 2024 Crook County Fair Sponsor?

The Crook County Fair only comes once a year and is a special time for family and friends to enjoy the unique Fair experiences we all know and love: Fair food, entertainment, attractions, animal shows, static exhibits, live music, sunshine, and more. But above all, Fair time is about making memories!

Choosing to become a Fair Sponsor is a great way to show that your business cares about this community and is invested in Crook County families. We offer a variety of sponsorship opportunities, and also accept in-kind sponsorships. NOTE: All sponsors must provide their own banner of the appropriate size and deliver it to the Fairgrounds by July 26th. Banners will be available for retrieval two weeks after Fair.

Sponsorship Packages
Platinum Package: $5,500 (SOLD OUT)

Private Party for 30 (with drinks & appetizers) in the VIP tent off the Main Stage, artist meet & greet, up to two 12' banners on the Main Stage, mentioned in radio ads, name/logo/link at the top of the Fair Sponsors webpage, first right of refusal for the 2024 Fair, logo on Fair t-shirts & daily handouts, social media highlight

Gold Package: $4,000 (SOLD OUT)

Up to two 8'x3' banners displayed inside the Main Stage Tent, mentioned in radio ads, name/logo/link on the Fair Sponsors webpage, logo on Fair t-shirts & daily handouts, social media highlight

Silver Package: $3,000 (SOLD OUT)

Up to two 8'x3' banners displayed inside the Main Stage Tent, mentioned in radio ads, name/logo/link on the Fair Sponsors webpage, logo on daily Fair handouts, social media highlight

Bronze Package: $2,000 (SOLD OUT)

Sponsorship Opportunities
Fair Activities Sponsor: $1,500 (1 SOLD, 5 available)

Offsets costs for the various free activities for the public, such as Mutton Bustin', face painting, balloon art, pony rides, train rides, etc.
One 8' banner hung on a tent/ring associated with the activity you wish to sponsor. Contact us for availabilities.

Volunteer Team Sponsor: $1,200 (2 available)

Offsets costs for Volunteer shirts/badges, meals & waters, Volunteer Appreciation BBQ
Logo featured on Volunteer shirts/badges, banner hung during Volunteer Appreciation BBQ, logo on all Volunteer-related marketing materials, social media highlight, listed on Fair Sponsor webpage

Show Ring Sponsor: $1,000 (3 SOLD, 4 available)

Offsets expenses related to livestock exhibits (tents, steel, shavings, courtesy tables, etc.)
One 8'x3' banner hung in an animal show ring during Fair.

Grizzly Mountain Pavilion Sponsor: $800 (2 SOLD, 2 available)

Offsets expenses related to small animal exhibits (pens, construction, courtesy tables, etc.)
One 8'x3' banner hung in the rabbit/poultry building for the duration of Fair

Main Entry Fence Sponsor: $700 (6 SOLD, 6 available)

Offsets general Fair expenses and supports the continuation of free admission & parking
One 8'x3' banner hung on the Main Entry Fence along Main Street for the duration of Fair

Carey Foster Hall Sponsor: $600 (1 SOLD, 1 available)

Funds premium payouts, ShoWorks software, ribbons, displays, Superintendents' and Judges' fees
One 8' banner hung on the inside or outside of Carey Foster Hall for the duration of Fair

Offsets costs related to renting and maintaining golf carts during Fair
One 3'x1' banner displayed on a golf cart for the duration of Fair, plus one 3-hour shift of driving time for you & your guests (driver must be at least 21 years of age)
