2024 Fair
How do I sign up my kiddo for Mutton Bustin'?
Mutton Bustin' is part of the Legendary Longhorns attraction by Ride Hard Entertainment. Simply show up a little early to any of the event times, fill out the proper paperwork, and have fun! The event is free; children must weigh 55lbs or less.
Can I bring my dog to Fair?
No. The only exception is for service dogs. (Note: According to the Americans with Disabilities Act, emotional support dogs are not service dogs, because providing emotional support or comfort is not a task related to a person’s disability.) All dogs that are not service animals must stay off the Fairgrounds.
Where can I get a Fair schedule?
Daily schedules are available at the Front Entrance, Information Booth, and Fairgrounds Office. The full Fair schedule can be found on this website under Fair > Map & Schedules. Be sure to check our Facebook and Instagram for live and same-day updates.
I entered an exhibit. When and where can I retrieve it after Fair?
Static exhibits are available for pick-up on Sunday, August 13th from 9AM - 1PM at Carey Foster Hall and Caldera Building. Unclaimed exhibits will be moved to the Fairgrounds Office and can be picked up during regular business hours (8AM-4PM) until 2 weeks after Fair. Abandoned exhibits will then be discarded. (Note: If you are unable to pick up your exhibit within this time frame, make other arrangements with your Superintendent)
When and where do I pick up my premium money?
Premiums can be claimed at the Fairgrounds Office on Saturday, August 10th from 1PM-4PM, Sunday, August 11th from 9AM-1PM, and the following 2 weeks during regular business hours (8AM-4PM). All unclaimed premium money will be returned to the premiums fund. (To donate your winnings, notify the Fairgrounds Office)
